Original Painting – The Glory of Jerusalem

Jerusalem is revealed in this artwork in all its splendor, emerging from flowing layers of color that freely spread across the canvas and gradually transform into the Tower of David, the stone houses of Jerusalem, and its ancient walls. Between expressive brushstrokes and cascading color, the Holy City comes to life, as though rising from light, memory, and hope.

This is an original mixed-media painting, created with oil and acrylic on canvas. Rich layers of color, texture, and movement are enhanced by luminous touches of gold, giving the artwork a sense of majesty, holiness, and timeless beauty while emphasizing Jerusalem’s eternal presence.

The gold symbolizes the hope for Redemption and the everlasting glory of Jerusalem, together with the eternal longing for the city that shall endure forever. The richness of colors and their flowing transitions reflect Jerusalem’s spiritual, cultural, and human diversity—a city that draws to itself the hearts, prayers, and yearnings of Jews from every corner of the world.

This artwork expresses the profound bond between the Jewish people and Jerusalem—a city of faith, prayer, and hope. It invites the viewer to discover new details within its layers of color and to experience the timeless beauty of Jerusalem together with the promise of a future filled with peace, light, and Redemption.

What is the value of an original artwork

An original painting carries artistic and collectible value as part of an evolving body of work by an internationally exhibited and award winning artist It is a unique piece with strong material presence and long term significance accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity

Does an original painting need to be framed?

No. Our original paintings on canvas arrive stretched on a high-quality wooden stretcher frame and ready to hang, so an additional external frame is not required.

The canvas is stretched around the sides of the wooden frame, giving the artwork a clean, finished appearance even without an external frame. Unlike Fine Art prints, which are generally shipped rolled, original canvas paintings are shipped already stretched and ready to hang.

For those who wish to complete the look, an external frame can of course be added to complement the artwork and the interior.

Do aluminum paintings require an additional frame?

No. Aluminum paintings arrive ready to hang, with a protective PVC backing and a built-in metal hanging frame that creates a clean, modern floating effect away from the wall.

Hanging is simple and convenient. Depending on the size of the artwork, one or two wall mounting points are used to support the built-in metal frame. No additional external frame is required, and the artwork is ready to hang as it is.

How should original paintings be cared for and maintained?

Original paintings are handcrafted works of art and should be cared for properly to preserve their beauty and quality for many years.

Original paintings on canvas: We recommend gently removing dust with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush specifically designed for fine art. Avoid using water, damp cloths, or cleaning products without professional guidance, as these may damage the paint layers and textures.

Original paintings on aluminum: We recommend gently removing dust with a clean, soft, dry microfiber cloth, without rubbing or applying pressure, to help prevent scratches and damage to the artwork’s surface. Do not use cleaning products, abrasive sponges, or harsh materials.

For all original artworks, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, water, high humidity, and extreme heat sources. Proper care and suitable display conditions will help preserve the artwork’s quality and appearance for many years.
